“Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible”

“The room was clean but hallways were in need of vacuuming. There was a fridge, microwave and hot plate but no coffee maker of any kind. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. ”

“You have to pay $15.99 to park , per day. Caught me by surprise-when I went back into listing it did say in fine print (I don’t see it). Just don’t want anyone else to be surprised like I was. There are plenty of hotels nearby, likely you can find one with free parking.”

Booked online and impressed how efficiently everything was from shuttle pick up ( on time!) to check-in (discreet room key delivery with-out revealing my room number; upgrade; Hilton Honor Points already recognized; incidentals charge easily explained; friendly, professional greeting. Also liked how they noted who wanted shuttle service in the morning so that there would be space for guests and luggage. Located on Tower Road wiuth all the other...

“Camera pulita e spaziosa. Personale gentile. La porta del bagno necessitava di manutenzione perché era molto rumorosa quando si chiudeva. Sarebbe gradito un comodino in ciascun lato del letto. Più attenzione alla pulizia dell’ asciugacapelli ”
