“Abbiamo prenotato una notte e devo dire che tutto era perfetto. Stanza grandissima e pulita. Alla reception ci ha accolto Nancy che era di una gentilezza assoluta. Colazione compresa buona. Consigliatissimo.”

“Fantastic bed! Quaint motel with a view of the lake. The bathroom as a little dated but served it's purpose. Very easy to get to dining options.”

“The hotel was okay. The sheets we got were stained. You can tell it’s a little bit of an older hotel with modern updates. It wasn’t horrible it was a decent stay for the price we paid. We did not eat the breakfast because my son has nut allergies and we tend to avoid places like that.”

“La nevera de la habitación no servía fuimos a reportarla y nunca aparecieron y cuando fuimos a recepción nos dijeron que ya estaba arreglada y era mentira habían muchas cosas cerradas como el restaurante en el parque acuático cobraron 72 por dos personas y lo único que funcionaba era la piscina de ola y la piscina que estaba en el interior el agua muy fría y sucia.”

“The hotel itself was nice, clean, and felt very new, so I was initially looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, the customer service completely overshadowed the positives. I sent messages letting the hotel know I would be checking in late, but no one responded. As a result, I was charged no-show fees and additional upcharges that could have been avoided with even basic communication. To make matters worse, the manager made no effort to resolve the situation or make things right. It's truly...
