Nice building, good quality staff, the room is ok if you are not looking for a luxury accomodation. Breakfast is poor in choice and the wifi in the room is lame. The area is nice and there are buses and 2 underground station 5 minutes away by walk.

L'albergo è vecchio e mal tenuto. All'arrivo chiedono un deposito per danni e in realtà i danni sono ovunque. Corridoi con moquette sporca e mura con graffi e usura. La camera ha la porta dell'armadietto rotta, la TV fissata male al muro e storta, la porta d'ingresso struscia la moquette e puo essere aperta solo da un adulto. Avvisato il personale di questi problemi, non hanno fatto nulla. Il bagno ha dimensioni 1,40X2,00, piccolissimo e non c'e spazio per appoggiare nemmeno il beauty. Personale scortese, scontroso, definitivamente poco disponibile. La posizione è eccellente e ben collagata, bellissimo quartietre, ma sconsiglio la pienamente struttura

the room was very hot...you can not open the window and there is not air conditionated just a fan but the air was hot because the building is oriented to the sun...I asked for air conditioned, they told me I had to pay an extra charge of 50£ for it! at the booking there is not any advice of it

sicuramente ha un'ottima posizione. Di fronte a Hide Park in prossimità di metro e mezzi pubblici. L'Hotel invece anche se all'esterno si presenta bene, dentro ha molte carenze. Una bella e spaziosa hall ma quando esci dagli ascensori vedi proprio il vecchiume, pareti vecchie, mobili vecchi e rovinati, stanze piccolissime e senza aria condizionata, bagni minuscoli e sinceramente un servizio di pulizia che lascia molto a desiderare, peccato.

I don't know if or what I did to offend, upset, or irritate the receptionist checking us in; i got the distinct impression that he didn't like me very much. At first, he gave me a room (M22) that was inaccessible via elevator ("lift" in the UK) requiring to take the stairs with my luggage and not providing any assistance whatsoever. In addition to being forced to take the stairs, the room is located in the far end of the hallway. The room itself was BAD; not only was the room very small barely fitting the bed and miniature desk, the room had a strong chemical smell. (The had a servants quarters vibe) I then went back to the receptionist informing him that i want another room as the current assigned room is unacceptable and unfit to house any guest even if or a short amount of time. He then assigned a different room (529). He then again made me carry my luggage back down the stairs. The newly assigned room, though more accessible, was only just slightly better. The room was just as small but with no smell. There are holes in the wall. I felt so flustered that I checked the room for bedbugs before settling in; no bedbugs, room clean. The room, however was hot. It turned out that the thermostat in the room was not lowering the temperature at all. I found a fan in the room which I assumed was to supplement or counteract the faulty thermostat. The fan itself was also broken; as it would not turn as it's supposed to without being constantly poked. I have video proof!

First of all the area is nice where the location of the hotel is but nothing was said that it’s under construction scaffolds all in the front so the picture that’s on your website is false at 9am they start hammering drilling everything that has under construction second the bathroom are very tinny the toilet it right next to the wall and shower glass also the drain in shower gets filled up quickly so has to turn off shower twice to complete my shower also there is no ac just a fan even if outside it’s 40-50 inside like 80 I complained several times they said no ac in the rooms but that’s a lie they should of change my room the secound day I was there especially since the ac was on in the hallways and they I heard them ask a guest if the air conditioning was working ok ! I would like to get a refund for at least 1/2 back is what I paid because of all the troubles I had even having the shower flood and all the water going to the carpet and smelling like a wet dog for 5 days ! Oh and then also the door rubbed against the carpet and it was so hard to push open it was horrible I did complain on on everything they just said will look into it gave me a bigger fan but never once was I offered to move even though my room was a disaster my room was 438 and everything was wrong there also 1/2 of the outlets did not work and the tea kettle in the room was burnt inside I forgot to tell them ! I gave up the location is great across the street from Kensington Palace ! Under construction

The carpet was very stained to the point that we avoided taking off our shoes in the room. We had two pillows that were on the floor the day we requested for our room to be cleaned. When we returned, all the pillows were back on the bed and it was evident that none of the sheets or pillowcases were changed; there were multiple strands of hair still left on the pillow. When we called the housekeeping to request more pillows, we received four clean pillowcases to change our pillows and confirmed with them that none of the sheets were changed, they only made up the bed. The walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbors and anyone in the hallway chatting or walking. The lighting in the room was stark and reminded us of a hospital setting. The location was good, it was very close to any transportation we required for our trip.

The room was very clean and the bathroom seemed modern. The only downside was that the walls are so thing that you could join your neighbours conversation if you wanted, as you could hear every word or noise made. Same applies to the movies other people were watching

This hotel is very well placed with two Tube-stations close by. The hotel could use a renovation, as the rooms feel out of date in 2024, but everything worked. The cost of staying is OK, compared ti what you get.

Upon arrival at reception I submitted my debit card details to my allocated room which I find acceptable. However, upon arriving upon my first morning at the dining area I was asked to pay for the food immediately? … cannot understand this system when my card details have already been submitted At reception and they have a printed sheet containing the guest’s name and room number.. this aspect needs addressing.

The hotel was as advertised. Shower facilities were excellent. Found the hotel staff was very unhelpful (with the exception of one woman working the desk who was excellent).

Room was small but comfortable and clean, the shower was very powerful. Location was great, easy access to restaurants and two tube stations. Being so close to Kensington Park was great for walks away from the hustle and bustle. The area felt very safe. Paid extra for breakfast which was good and the cooked elements were great quality.

Nedgången heltäckningsmatta! Trasig duschslang! Fick leva bakom fördragna gardiner under mina 10 dagars vistelse, då det var fasadställningar och störande byggarbete runt hela hotellet! Detta var inte något som förvarnades om vid min beställning! Ej heller något avdrag i priset för rummet!

The entire hotel smells very strongly of air freshener, likely to cover up the smell of damp, which was still evident in my room. There was a damp patch on the wall next to the non-functioning radiator. The bathroom had an infestation of small flies. The hotel is undergoing renovation work, meaning that only one lift was working.
