Albergo a 4 stelle sulla carta. Nella realtà, forse, non arrivano a 3. Viaggiamo spesso su Londra visto che abbiamo un figlio che ci studia. Scegliamo questa struttura e ci viene assegnata una camera con il riscaldamento rotto. Segnaliamo la cosa e nulla. Dopo aver dormito una notte imbacuccati il giorno dopo, al rientro, la nostra camera e quella degli altri due figli, non erano state rifatte. Si sono scusati con assurdi problemi legati al COVID (non per mancanza di personale ma visto che c'è il covid evitano di rifare le camere). Pulizia questa sconosciuta! Protestiamo e per metterci a tacere visto che il riscaldamento ancora non andava, ci cambiano di camera. Qui, il riscaldamento funzionava ma lo scarico dell'acqua della doccia era ostruito. Al posto della piantana della doccia avevamo una specie di piscina. L'indomani abbiamo nuovamente segnalato il problema ma nulla da fare. Per fortuna, il nostro soggiorno è terminato. Questa struttura è veramente penosa.

Conoscevo già il gruppo Club Quarters per aver soggiornato più volte in una loro struttura a NYC, e confermo che si tratta di un Hotel semplice, funzionale e pulito. Per me è perfetto, anche in rapporto al prezzo pagato. La posizione è perfetta, con ben 3 fermate metro a 5/10 minuti di distanza. Ci tornerò.

La struttura si trova in posizione strategica, vicino a stazione dei treni, bus e metropolitana. L'ambiente è pulito, confortevole. Personale gentilissimo. Piccoli conforts a disposizione dei clienti. Acqua e bevande calde.

Soggiorno di 3 notti, posizione ottima (treno per aereoporto di Stansted a 5 min a piedi, metro a 2 min), quartiere movimentato durante la settimana e più tranquillo nel week-end, hotel con check-in/check-out a tutte le ore, per ogni piano c'è un distrubutore dell'acqua gratuito e nella hall una macchinetta per caffè/thè/latte a disposizione per tutte le ore. son rimasta molto soddisfatta!

Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms are small but comfortable. My only beef is the bed was too close to the wall which made it challenging getting out of bed and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. That's challenging for a guy. Complimentary coffee and cookies are good. Centrally located. There's a nice market across the street, Market St. Tube nearby, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, River Thames, monument dedicated to the fire of London in 1666, an incredible market right across the Tower Bridge and if you like Indian/Bangladesh food or into Jack the Ripper, the East End/Whitechapel is close. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in London. Easy access to both the train station (Stansted Express), busses and Underground. It's in the Financial District so can be quite busy during the week but we found it very easy to get around and would stay here again.

Room was good, first one the heater wasn’t working properly but they switched us to another room where the heat was working perfectly. Very helpful staff and were able to call us a cab when needed

The hotel was well situated for our activities. It was well presented with large airy rooms. We were given an upgrade so had more space than we exoected. It would be nice to know yhat equipment is regularly checked as the hair dryer didn't work. Otherwise we were really pleased with our stay.

One of the best sleeps in the city
A diamond in the city centre. Great location, welcoming and very helpful, friendly staff. One of the best sleeps in the city, super comfy bed and pillows. Large room with everything you'd expect in a good quality hotel. Will definitely stay again if in the area

A good hotel in a great location.
I've stayed here a lot and it is wonderfully located and very comfortable. I think a lot of the rooms are in need of a bit of an update, especially the bathrooms but don't let that put you off. It's a good hotel that is often reasonably priced.

Excellent service, convenient City location
Excellent hotel convenient location for working in the City. Staff are obliging and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the quiet business lounge is a great place to touch down and take calls between client visits.
