Contemporary Studio in the Heart of Marylebone

It’s hard not to feel charmed by this fantastic studio in the heart of Marylebone, just a stone-throw away from Baker Street and Regent's Park Stations with Regent's Park and Madame Tussauds right at your doorstep. Beautiful, light and airy, this cosy home would perfectly suit a solo traveller or a couple that seek a sought-after location.
London's most famous attractions are within easy reach:
Hyde Park - 7 min
Buckingham Palace-14 min
Harvey Nichols-14 min
Big Ben-17 min

The space
- A bright self-contained studio situated on the top 3rd floor with stairs.

- The living area is classic and stylish with storage space and two compact sofas.

- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 2 guests. The kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.

- The bedroom area is bright and airy with storage space; the king-sized bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen.

- An air mattress can be set to accommodate a third guest.

- The studio has good air-flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.

- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.

- The place will be professionally cleaned and set-up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

Guest access
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Other things to note
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Good experience. The flat is cozy. Some aspects can be improved but the stay was pleasant.

Arrivés devant la porte de l'immeuble, il a fallu 2 heures avant d'apprendre que la clé se trouvait dans une box dans la rue d'à côté; Nous étions au téléphone avec l'hôte qui n'a jamais voulu se déplacer. Au bout des 2 heures dans le froid intense, elle nous a envoyé quelqu'un en nous disant que si la personne arrivait à ouvrir la porte, cela nous serait facturé. la personne missionnée n'a pas réussi à ouvrir la porte, elle est repartie et est revenue et a finalement réussi à ouvrir la porte au moyen d'une carte.il est revenu le lendemain réparer le système d'ouverture.Une fois montés dans l'appartement, aucun chauffage en route alors qu'il faisait très froid.La télévision se déréglait sans arrêtBref, nous avons attrapé froid et j'ai été obligé de garder la chambre 3 jours sur les 5Abritel n'a pas pu vraiment nous aidernous ne sommes pas prêts de repasser par euxune catastrophe

Location location location

Overall I was really happy with the property and would stay there again knowing what I know below. Pros: 1. Anna was super responsive which was helpful for an international traveler like me. 2. Location can’t be beat. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, transportation. Felt very safe walking around at night. 3. Plenty of space and features for single traveler. Cons: Check in process is outdated. Have to get keys from lockbox on bike rack down the street from unit so super awkward if you have luggage. Luckily pub next to property was open and were kind enough to let me leave luggage inside doors while I walked down the street to pick up keys. 4. 3rd floor walk up is technically 4th floor for those of us from U.S. and stairs very narrow so not easy if you are not fit and/or have lots of luggage or bags. 5. Wifi and cell access seemed weak. Couldn’t make phone calls consistently from inside unit and internet seemed to go in and out. Not ideal if working long hours from inside unit.
