Bene la stanza, abbastanza spaziosa, male il bagno molto piccolo. Ottima colazione e personale. Metro a meno di 100 metri. 10 minuti a piedi (2 in metro) da Oxford street.

Quando entri nella hall sembra di trovarti in un hotel di lusso, le camere invece sono tutt’altro. Piccole, la porta del bagno non rimane aperto, nel water l’acqua non scendeva. Personale del check in non molto simpatico. Non ritornerei sinceramente

Posizione ben servita dalla linea metro Lancaster Gate e dalla stazione bus, metro e treni Paddington. Elizabeth Line da e per l’aeroporto di Heathrow 5 minuti a piedi. La struttura esternamente è bella, immediatamente dall’altro lato della strada c’è Hyde Park. La zona è molto tranquilla. Internamente un po’ datata ma con tutti i comfort. La colazione servita, non molto variegata nel corso dei giorni, ma buona e particolarmente abbondante. La camera doppia letti singoli non è particolarmente grande, ma nel complesso è più che accettabile. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto il letto potrebbe essere più comodo.

Buona struttura, comodissima alla metropolitana e con personale gentile e disponibile. Buona e varia anche la colazione. Io ero in una stanza da 4 persone pulita e con cambio giornaliero; unica piccola pecca che non si potevano aprire le finestre per far circolare aria.

un 3* con prezzi però da 4*
L‘hotel vuole dare l’impressione di essere un 4*. Cominciamo dal principio: arriviamo in hotel in tarda serata, arriviamo al check-in e subito effetto wow, hall enorme, curata, lusso (pensiamo scelta azzeccata, troppo presto purtroppo). Ci vengono addebitati 30 sterline per la colazione (credevamo fosse per 2 giorni, ma era solo per una colazione, forse sapevano che ne avremmo fatta solo una). Camera 742: wow 7 piano sarà una bella vista è una bella stanza. Ehm no, camera minuscola (non superava i 12m2, letto a una piazza e mezza attaccato alla parete (sul serio che tristezza), il bagno era ovviamente ancora più piccolo, vecchio con pressione e temperatura dell’acqua appena sufficienti. La vista che ve la racconto a fare😅. Colazione: come ci si aspetta un buffet, nota dolente la qualità, le uova ed il bacon erano immangiabili di scarsa qualità (in Inghilterra la patria della colazione: uova e bacon) ovviamente non abbiamo ripetuto quest’esperienza il giorno successivo. L’unica nota positiva era la posizione ottimale, vicino HydePark.

Gradevole hotel nei pressi di Hyde park. Camere lato strada troppo rumorose, difatti ci siamo fatti cambiare camera. Le camere business sono troppo piccole per essere un 4 stelle; nella seconda camera, piu silenziosa, la doccia nel bagno era direttamente nel pavimento pertanto una volta fatta la doccia il bagno diventava inutilizzabile.

Hotel in ottima posizione. Molto bello da fuori e la hall, poi entri in camera e arriva la delusione. Camera piccola (bagno minuscolo), buia e vistosamente vecchia. I muri in alcuni punti erano scrostati, c'era ruggine sulle cerniere della porta del bagno. Per il resto tutto ok, personale gentile e buona colazione.

Hotel in posizione eccellente. Il prezzo, la hall, le foto sui vari siti e il numero di personale che ti accoglie alla reception ingannano. Si può definire un 4stelle solo per il numero di servizi offerti. Stanze piccole antiquate (soprattutto i bagni), corridoi con forte odore di muffa. Stanza dotata di bollitore e servizio per tè/caffè...peccato che non hanno né cambiato le tazze usate né rimesso le bustine da tè. Unica nota positiva la posizione: molto centrale e ben collegata con i siti di interesse. Sinceramente per quanto abbiamo pagato non lo consiglierei. Molto ingannevole.

The Corus Hotel Hyde Park staff, especially manager Dante Domingo, were very helpful and professional. I had nice interactions with everyone working there at the lobby and restaurant. The location is stellar right on Hyde Park, easy to walk to the underground at Lancaster Gate and Paddington Station. Good restaurants around.

- *Badezimmer sehr lieblos, kahl und dringend Sanierungsbedürftig *Montierter Föhn an der wand, konnte nicht benutzt werden, da ein Teil davon gefehlt hat und defekt war. *Sehr laut durch Klimaanlage von den Nebenzimmern *Alte fenster bei denen sich viel zu viel Feuchtigkeit sammelt und auch nicht schalldicht sind. *Eine Steckdose im gesamten Zimmer *Zimmer sehr verwinkelt und ungemütlich eingerichtet. *Viele Motten im Zimmer *Bequemes Bett *Personal freundlich *Kaffee und Kekse im Zimmer gratis

Booked this hotel because they advertised they had air conditioning the first 3 nights I was there my air conditioning was not working only the heat and they kept saying they would fix it or look into it and never did until I finally requested to be switched to a new room. Definitely would not stay here again.

Chambre très bruyante avec vue imprenable sur les climatisateurs de l’hôtel , les poubelles et les bennes à verre , avec le bruit qui va avec , les fenêtres sont du simple vitrage . Lors du nettoyage entre la première et la deuxième nuit , nous nous sommes fait dérobés des objets personnels par les femmes de chambres ( un bracelet et un paquet de cigarettes) . Nous avions décidé de régler les chambres sur place et ils n’acceptent pas le cash

Hyde Park was a wonderful location to stay. We walked the city everyday, but the Lancaster Gate station was 5 mins from hotel if we needed. Easy to get to from Heathrow via the new Elizabeth Line and a transfer to the Central Line. Room was not fancy and lacked maintenance, but was comfortable and cleaned daily. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast in the conservetory was a lovely view. The breakfast itself was not so wonderful. The eggs were unedible and the selections beyond the full English were slim. We tried the full english once and that was enough. Extremely bland.

It was in an excellent location very close to tube station, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable also the toilet didn’t flush very well and not very clear on check out time

This hotel was very lovely. The room was small but had everything you need and nothing you didn't. A very efficient use of space. The only drawback was the temperature control. It didn't seem to work properly and the room was quite stuffy. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, the food was prepared well and arrived quickly.

Las instalaciones y mobiliario son de buena calidad. El servicio excelente. El personal muy amable y solícito. El desayuno muy rico, excepto por el sabor del huevo revuelto, que parecía ser de caja. En resumen, es una opción conveniente. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Executive room was poor, dirty carpets and battered skirtings and doors, bathroom was in desperate need of refurbishment! Poor breakfast offering! Would not stay here again.

It was nice and clean and had what we needed, a little bit more basic than expected. The room was quite small but we only stayed one night so was fine for us. The man on the reception desk could have been a bit friendlier and also mentioned what time and where breakfast was the next morning, as there were no paperwork in the room to explain this either. Very convenient and great location though.

Affordable and convenient for a property adjacent to Hyde Park. Noisy AC unit that made strange noises in the middle of the night from time to time.

A small room with an uncomfortable bathroom (totally inconvenient for tall person) and non-working water temperature regulation. The bed and linen are perfect! An excellent location!
