We regret that we did not meet your expectations on this visit. We are disagreeing with all of your unfair comments - the chair is clean and we are unsure about your comments made, this is the fabric of this type that changes in color after touching. We are perturbed of your comments about a "100 cigarette ends outside", we are really unsure where you have seen this outside on the streets. We just are thinking, that your review is against any guidelines, no matter the fact how you were behaving at our property and with our staff as well. Booked the lowest category and pushed us to provide the highest category for your stay free of charge without even considering to pay the price difference. Even as a nice gesture we gave a complimentary upgrade after all, we have received unpleasant treatment from you throughout your whole stay. We hope that you left with many positive memories from London, as in our surroundings you just were counting a "cigarette ends" on the streets, which is unbelievably shameful to blame the property for the London streets and what is outside the hotel.
