Not bad
The hotel has a great location. But I did not like the breakfast system, my reservation was including the breakfast but I paid extra cash in check out. In general I’m a big fan of Jumeirah hotels, however I will not stay at the Grosvenor hotel again. I felt I paid a big amount of money for nothing. Sorry but this is my feelings.

Wonderful with some problems
All very good except for the fact that a man came in our room with a "NON DISTURB" sign in the door. My wife was in bed and had to scream... In my view, for the price they charge, the restaurant should have more well prepared professionals even if they are quite nice and polite. Having said that, I still would return as the facilities and location are wonderful. I am sure the management will do their utmost to correct the problems.

บรรยากาศโดยรวมของโรงแรมดีมาก ตรงข้าม Hyde Park ห้องพักกว้างขวางและอุปกรณ์ครบครัน ชอบบริการการเติมน้ำดื่มและของใช้ในห้องพักอย่างเต็มที่ รวมถึงบริการค็อกเทลฟรีทุกค่ำคืน และชอบ Full service ทุกวัน ข้อเสียคือ WIFI ในห้องพักช้าไปหน่อย และเสียเวลาในการเช็คอินนานไปหน่อยในวันแรก เพราะห้องพักมีปัญหาไม่ตรงกับที่จองเข้าไป

Business Stay at the Grosvenor Suites
Having spent most of the month of May travelling across three continents I wanted a hotel with a "home away from home" feel and my usual spots were fully booked. I chose the Grosvenor House suites and it ticked all the boxes particularly in respect of the excellent guest service, value for money, centrality of location and spaciousness. We were upgraded to a well stocked, light and airy 2 Bedroom apartment which was cleaned daily and refreshed every evening. Would have loved a room overlooking the park but I guess you cannot have everything!

Room Service was extremely expensive one pasta was £30 pounds. It's more like 7 star prices but unheard of by them as well. Mini bar bill of 6 non alcoholic things was £81.

Perfect location, superb staff, beautiful room!
Our beautiful accommodations and the exceptional service from hotel staff made this the memorable time in London we had hoped for on this special birthday trip with family. This was our second time staying at the Grosvenor House Suites and we will always return when in London. They make it feel like home!

Perfect for family
Big rooms, view over the park (pay for the park view room), extraordinary staff, super convenient location, simple but critical amenities (washer dryer!) and service, service, service. If you're on business, brought the family and are there for a week plus, there is no better value in London. Truly a place where a high price delivers a higher return.

WAY Better Than Anticipated
I have the distinct impression this place was intended for middle-eastern dignitaries rather than eccentric U.S. toursists like me. No lie -- the place looks like something Tom Cruise would be breaking into in a Mission Impossible film. Wildly modern with high-tech security and all manner of convenience. I unexpectedly wound up with a massive 2-bedroom penthouse suite with a private terrace overlooking Hyde Park. Totally cool!

Few glitches but still a good stay!
I have stayed in their one bedroom apartment before and had a great experience so I decided to stay again. This hotel is pricey, therefore I opted to stay in a studio apartment as I was alone and on a business trip. The first thing that surprised me was the studio is significantly smaller from the one bedroom apartment I had stayed in before but still as a size it is much better than other 5 star hotels in London, maybe they should reduce the furniture in the room as it is significantly adding up space without benefit. I mean if I am staying in a Studio that is meant for two people only, why do they have a huge four chaired dinning table in the middle of the room? This time around there were some glitches, like the do not disturb sign went on and got stuck and it took them two days to fix it, I had to go twice to reception so that they can service my room with the DND sign on. Also, one blind started acting weird and was automatically opening by itself (it is electrical) suddenly in the middle of the night. My room was overlooking the indoor lobby/foyer of the hotel and only one level above so it felt very exposed as the blind went up and anyone can see inside the room from the big windows. Anyhow, with all this, I am generally pleased. The staff is nice and caring, the furniture is modern and rooms/bathrooms are very well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

very nice hotel great location
Excellent Staff always polite and helpful. Located opposite Hyde Park within easy walking distance to a range of tourist sites. Five minute walk to Oxford Street for great shopping and approximately 15 minute through Hyde Park to Sloane Square.

Beautiful hotel with walk distance everywhere.
Beautiful rooms but if you are non smoker , make sure you ask for non smoking room in advance, otherwise it stinks pretty bad. We didnt .. :(

Ultra modern hotel, a rarity in London, quirks tho
The hotel is ultra modern which is the opposite of all my experiences in London hotels. Electronic controls for lights, shades etc. Your own fridge, freezer, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher and even combo washer dryer in the room are a great deal. The downside of the room, as with almost any London hotel, is lack of space. They pack a lot into a small space. Also, there are LEDs on all the electronics that remain illuminated at night. Switches by the beds, walls, phones many of them. I had to cover them up to get a decent sleep. There are even LEDs at various places on the ceiling (indicators of the status of the digital systems) that are very bright. I could see my shadow on my bed, not good. Lastly, the digital controls for such a fancy room take up space, in my case, half the closet was locked off to house them. And the controls cards have, you guessed it, lots of blinking lights that shine through the frosted glass into the room at night. The tech was great and took the initiative to tape these up for me. One last thing, the elevators. you need to take two to get to your room which is a hassle every time you enter or leave the building. All in all, this is a world of difference from most "5 star" London hotels. If it had the space, it would be a true 5 star. I haven't seen a better space than this in London..

The Marvelous Hotel In London
The place of this hotel in the Medel between Oxford str. And Harold's . You can wolk to peccadeely cearcus it takes 30 m. Only inside this hotel I can tell you it's gorges marvelous they belt this hotel only one year ago . I can recumend you to choose this hotel in London .
