below average.. cleaning had to be "requested", and even when requested in the morning, it happened to ind the room still dirty at 16.00! the room was extremely humid, after the shower the towels need to be changed as it is impossible to have them dry in the morning (due to humidity). breakfast was ok. not the worst hotel in london, but for sure nothing comparable to a real Hilton!

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Waterloo station, so getting everywhere was very easy. The hotel itself was nice. Room was very small which was a little uncomfortable for two adults & child, but served its purpose. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked. We did have the fire alarm go off three times while there - all false alarms. The staff handled them efficiently, but guests were not pleased it happened so often in a short period of time.

The hotel was good for the most part. There was a small incident that caused me to downgrade my review. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm. The staff was running down the halls saying it wasn’t a drill. We had to gather our shoes and go outside. About the time we got to the stairs, they said it was a false alarm. No sooner than we got back in the bed, the alarm was triggered again. We weren’t offered any compensation or goodwill because of the incident.

Great location for walking easily to Waterloo station. Able to walk easily to the Thames and wander along to most of the big sight seeing attractions. National theatre and the old Vic are essentially next door and lots of really nice eating spots surrounding it. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. Bed was comfortable enough, basic tv, internet was a bit slow but maybe was just our room location. We had brilliant views of the eye, then we had to move due to a broken shower but there were no issues with that, and the new room we were given had brilliant views of the Shard. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Stayed 4 nights. Location is good. Close to metro. Breakfast had good variety and always found a table. My chief issue was no hot water in the shower. Literally cold showers for 2 nights. First time I called front desk, girl said it was "illegal" to adjust the temp. No mention of calling maintenance. Complained in the AM and they said they would check. When I returned in evening I was moved to abother room. That room did not have the sofa bed setup so waited for housekeeping. Plus the safe didn't work. Overall the stay was decent but I wouldnt go back. In think management could have done more with the water situation. For the money I paid pretty unacceptable to not have hot water.

Hotel is starting to look tired and they are not repairing problems. Was a good hotel but last couple of stays have not been good. Breakfast is also getting worse. Very noise through the night on 1st floor and doors banging until 4am. Aircon didn't work again and havd to open window to cool down room at 4am. Was up to 25c in the room Will look elsewhere next time

Checking would go a lot faster if all 3 employees each help 1 customer, instead of all 3 employees just helping 1. Also housekeeping should be finished before 3:00 pm, the time you check in. several days , even after 4:00 pm room was not done

We ate in the restaurant at night. Service was very slow & chicken curry was tasteless. The sauce had no spice in it. Very bland. Disappointing. Breakfast next morning was fine though

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is walkable and if you wanted transportation it is all there.

The initial room smelt of damp but the hotel changed it without fuss and gave us free drinks at the bar. Very friendly staff

The staff were all great - the hotel clean ; rooms quiet and everything worked Breakfast was a massive let down. Cramped - limited coffee unless you like queuing for 20 mins ; Mould on my GF Toast ; and general poor cooked food. Not a great experience ( we stayed 2 nights) We wont be back as there is a great choice in London and Hampton should be so much better

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Had issue with spare key going missing but issue was resolved. Breakfast could do with more ceral options its a lottery. Internet is very poor especially when hotel is busy. Had to use my mobile hotspot as speed was early 2000s poor.
