Good position near two metro station (about 3 minute on foot). The hotel is in front of a little park and the street is very quite so we slept with the window open and we didn’t hear any noise! The room was clean but a little bit small, any way it was very confortable!

Una bella scoperta
Personale gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad assistere in qualsiasi modo. un hotel molto confortevole con una vista su un piccolo giardino. Accanto alla stazione di Farrington - quindi collegato benissimo anche con gli aeroporti. Ci tornerò.

Ottima location, non il migliore servizio
Tre stanze cambiate nel giro di quattro notti. Nel primo cambio, poca flessibilità di trovare una stanza per poter stare continuativamente nella stessa. Nel secondo, una puzza di fogna da far scappare i morti. Altri piccoli disservizi e una sorta di fastidio percepito nel servirci. Un po’ a disagio diciamo.

Hotel che si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata di Barbican. Servizio ottimo, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e letto molto comodo. Camera come nelle foto.

The setting was excellent, well connected to the underground. The staff where excellent. The room and bathroon were spacious, the bed comfortable with crisp linen.

Brief overnight in London
Malmaison in Charterhouse Square is a quiet backwater in the middle of London. The room was well appointed, the bed large and room immaculately clean. There are plenty places nearby to get food and drink and the hotel,has its own cocktail bar. Farringdon Station is 5 minute flat walk away.

Excellent hotel for location, service and friendly
From check in to check out the service was excellent. The lady on reception was a little stressed as I think it had been a busy morning. We left our bags as we arrived early. We had booked for 2 nights but under separate bookings. On check in the lady was very helpful and for an additional £10 we were able to keep the same room for both nights. The room is one of the best we’ve stayed in at Malmaison as it was in a quiet area and we didn’t hear anything. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice. Look forward to visiting again

Great price, great location, great stay!
Victor was there to greet us, a pure joy! Friendly, professional and very quick checking us in. The standout for me in the room was the shower. AMAZING! I will be staying again even just for that. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities you’d want. It was also very quiet which was perfect! The breakfast was lovely. Great choice and thed breakfast was great too. Overall, great price, great location, great stay!

Good option
Good location near Farringdon station. Spacious rooms by London standards, and a reasonable value for an upscale hotel. Front desk staff seemed inattentive and disinterested but we didn’t require any help.

Nice hotel clean comfy & well designed! Adrienne was polite & professional only issue sloppy lazy welcome from lady at front desk! Hotel stay was fine but treated much better @ other hotels! Fix your front of desk staff!

Disappointed!
It was good but very disappointed that the hotel did not offer us a couple of free drinks after proposing to my girlfriend where other hotels would offer a couple of free glasses of champagne! Put me off going back!

We asked for a quieter room as when we stayed last time we was in a room in the front of the hotel and very noisy due to the bars down the road. Our room was actually at the front again and closer to the bars so again very noisy.
