The management wasn't very polite and the check in process was very inconvenient. We had an activity that required help with our luggage before the check-in time, and there was no one at the front desk at arrival. I tried to call management to coordinate but no one picked up. The note at the front desk was vague and did not specify when the receptionist would be back.
A really scary experience was seeing our door cracked open when we came back after being gone all day because the room service crew failed to secure it.
And worst of all, we had a note stating that the next day, on Saturday, there would be a delivery and installment of a new washer and dryer. There was no room for negotiation and discussion with the management. We found it unacceptable to arrange work in the property while on a vacation. This disrupts your plan for the day and adds a sense of insecurity in case you are outside. The manager assured us that he would be present, but did not even apologize for the inconvenience and hung up abruptly. On the positive side, the property is at a good location, clean, and well equipped.
