This was a great place for my wife and I to stay in London. The location is perfect with many attractions close by. Ed and his sister were great hosts from check in to check out. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our 11 days in London. Ed was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. Bed was comfortable and the apartment is located close to St.James Park tube line and we took that almost everywhere we went in London. Easy access to get around! We picked up groceries at Waitrose or Pimlico grocery which was 10 min walk. We also enjoyed Fish and Chips a short 5 min walk at a pub called, The Barley Mow! Very enjoyable! Thank you for a great stay in this apartment!

Ed and his sister Caraline were beyond accommodating with an early check-in for our stay, including welcome bubbles! The flat was spacious and everything was easy to find, including a grocery store and all nearby transit stations. Would not hesitate to book again.

This property has everything you need for a London stay. The apartment is located a short walk from the Pimlico tube station and several bus stops, along with a large Sainsburys grocery and various other shops. The unit is on the 4th floor with an elevator and has a small balcony that was an added bonus. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and have everything you need for your stay. Our host was responsive and had someone meet us on the first day which was much appreciated. We would love to stay here again on future trips to London.

Just the right size for two travelers, this place packs a lot in a small package. Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Comfortable bed. And screaming WiFi should you need it. Hosting is a family affair for the owner. They are all about communication, so the check-in was pleasant and comprehensive. This flat is in a safe neighborhood, from what I can tell - and I look for things to worry about. It’s within walking distance to anything you want to see, do or eat. And if you don’t want to walk, Pimlico and Victoria Stations are only a few minutes away. Highly recommend.

Travelled from the US to London for a week. This is a nice flat in a quiet neighborhood with close access to everything you may need. A short walk to the closest tube station. Edmund and his sister were great hosts! Highly recommend!

Short walk to the underground giving access across London. Clean, quiet neighborhood, cafe nearby, as well as local grocery store for staples. The property is in excellent condition, and well appointed with all the amenities needed for a 2-week stay. Excellent communication with the property manager. He provided several 'tips' for getting around, and very good restaurant and theatre recommendations. We would definitely re-book the property on another visit.

This was the perfect location for me. I love to walk, and London is so congested, walking is the best form of transportation if one is in the proper location. From the balcony, one can watch uniformed schoolchildren walk back and forth to school. Throughout the day, parents would walk their preschoolers, toddlers or infants in their carriages. It is a quiet, family-friendly area.The owner or his associate needs to let you in the flat personally, so a meeting time has to be arranged, but Ed was very flexible as my travels from Southampton prevented me from nailing down an arrival time until the day before my stay. Once checked-in, however, the apartment was a beautiful place to rest and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The bed was especially comfortable. We woke up refreshed every morning.This was indeed the perfect London flat for me!

We spent three weeks in this flat during our recent ‘Christmas’ trip to London and can honestly say it added to our enjoyment substantially. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. As most other reviewers mention, it is perfectly located with two major tube lines and Victoria Station within easy walking distance. All of the restaurants and stores of Victoria Street are also in walking distance with Parliament and Tate Britain just around the corner. A slightly longer walk gets you to Trafalgar Square, the Eye and the Theater District. Several Pubs are located mere minutes from the Flat if you need to nip out for a pint and many coffee shops and neighborhood restaurants. For longer stays, there are major Sainsbury, Marks and Spenser Food, and Waitrose & Partners Grocery Stores within a 15 minute walk with many more smaller groceries even closer. There was also a list of local recommendations for restaurants and services around it. The flat is well equipped with everything needed and was walk-in ready for us to start our stay. The manager, Ed, was quick to respond to any questions and accommodate any requests. Ed was even able to handle a shift to our arrival time by several hours getting us in early. Thanks to Caraline for stepping in and walking us through the flat. The appliances all worked well and we cooked several meals there, and did several loads of laundry. Had a great time staying in this lovely London apartment. Located within easy access of the tube and most London attractions but away from the crowds. Quite simply, this is the best apartment I have booked in years of experience with VRBO. It is large, filled with light, quiet, clean, well equipped and thoughtfully supplied. Particular thanks for a remarkably comfortable bed, a kitchen I wish I had at home, an electric drying rack which really works, and the pleasure of a balcony with rooftop views for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. My last words must be a tribute to Ed, who responded quickly to a problem well beyond his control. His solution cost him time and inconvenience, but he was cheerful and effective in his response. We stayed for two weeks and found the flat very convenient for all tourist attractions. 5 min walk to Pimlico Underground and 12 min to Victoria tube, train and coach. The flat was very well outfitted with tea, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels, linen, cleaning supplies, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen with lots of dishes and pots & pans. Small grocery store a 5 min walk. The hosts very kindly gave us an early check-in and late check-out. And the lovely vase of roses was appreciated and bottle of sparkling wine. Thanks.

We truly loved our stay at the apartment. Ed and his sister were welcoming and gracious hosts and were very communicative as we arrived for our stay. The apartment was in a quieter area of London, but we actually appreciated that and it was extremely conveniently located just a four minute walk from a tube station (Pimlico). We absolutely would stay here again. The apartment was plenty big enough for two people and was beautifully updated and nicely decorated.

Very nice stay in Westminister apt. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds. Within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and other London landmarks. The apt is clean and well maintained. The host is always available to answer questions. There is an excellent Indian restaurant at the end of the block. Will definitely return.
