We are sorry your stay was not as comfortable as we would have liked it to be and that the double room your booked you made a mistake when booking could not be changed due to us being fully booked and we do also mention on all platforms we do not have a lift and we do not have air conditioning also. We have looked at the water pressure within this room since your stay and thought I should also mention that since acquiring the hotel less than 2 years ago and we have continued to make upgrades to the Victorian building and rooms to modernise and the bathrooms will also be being replaced bit by bit as I'm sure you can appreciate the time and finance this takes to complete and as an independent small business we do not have the option to be able to do this all in one go.We would love to be able to welcome you back in the future so you can see our progress.Regards, Aaron

Unfortunately we do not have a lift at the property and this is specified within our property details however a member of staff would usually be able to assist any guest with their luggage should they ask. Thank you for taking the time to write your review whilst you are still sat in the lobby of our hotel, whilst our team are in conversation with you investigate your complaint about loosing your card! You also just hung up on the our manager on duty who was also trying to assist you!You were given a key on check in and explained how to use it, there is no mechanism on our doors to lock them and this is very clear.We have checked the CCTV cameras, you left your room at 20.46 and returned at 20.48, in that time no one went up past your room. We have two long staying guests in the rooms besides yours, we can assure you that neither of these guests have any interest in entering your room. We feel you have misplaced this.
