Welcome to The Cutesy! Escape the city buzz in our CUTE retreat tucked away in a cozy mews. Perfect for couples or small families, this delightful basecamp has all the essentials.

Cook up snacks in the kitchenette and unwind in the snug living area. Stroll to Regent’s Park for some fresh air before diving back into London life. With easy transport links and only two other flats, enjoy peace and privacy.

• Good size lounge featuring large Smart TV (don’t forget your Netflix password) and comfy sofa bed

• Small but modern kitchenette with all the essentials for a quick bite before or after exploring the capital.

• New kitchen appliances, including electric microwave, one induction hob with 2 plates, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle

• One family WC

• Complimentary wireless internet. Wi-fi is on Frankie. Sing it now, they see me scrollin’…

• Because size matters, your apartment is a generous 395 SQ FT/36.70 SQ MT - plenty of wiggle room to work and twerk

• Chillax and enjoy our complimentary crisp, clean bedding and towels

• Welcome pack of snacky snacks – tuck into complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival

• Stay fresh as a daisy with our complimentary sweet-smelling toiletries, including shampoo for your ‘do, soap and body wash

• Ditch your dishcloths! Because travelling with J-cloths is never a good look, we’ve provided all your cleaning essentials, including washing and dishwasher tablets.

Frankie’s No-Nos

It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:

• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.

• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.  

• No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards
Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)

For world-class shopping, head to nearby Tottenham Court Road, home to a wealth of well-known brands. 10 minutes’ walk away are top entertainment hubs like Oxford Circus and Soho, and if you’re keen to splash the cash, Bond Street, home to bling retailers like Chanel, Jimmy Choo and Tiffany & Co.

You’re also within strolling distance of several iconic landmarks, including Trafalgar Square, Chinatown, the British Museum, Leicester Square, Hyde Park, the BT Tower, plus many more.

With several tube stations on your doorstep – Goodge Street station is just five minutes’ walk – it’s easy to swoosh across London to savour more spectacular sights, like Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, and the London Eye.

If you’ve come to party, then the glitz is in Fitz! Your apartment is close to some of the biggest and best clubs in the world. As well as classic night spots like the Carwash Nightclub, you can dance the night away in legendary gay clubs like Heaven, Comptons of Soho, and G-A-Y Bar.

West End theatres are also within walking distance. Grab tickets for global smash hits, from The Lion King to Les Misérables to Mamma Mia!

And when the munchies kick in, stop off at one of the many bistros and restaurants. Charlotte Street, just moments away from your pad, offers a taste of everything from mouth-watering Japanese to modern French food.

We get it, not everyone’s on a jolly. Our comfy crib is also within 10 minutes’ walk of University College London Hospitals (UCLH). You can also hop on any of the nearby tubes to get around the capital swiftly.
