Prezzo basso , vicino ai mezzi e ai punti d’interesse La stanza però era polverosa, minuscola. Ultimo piano senza ascensore. Il primo giorno senza riscaldamento , abbiamo dovuto chiedere. Fili corrente ovunque non credo sia una cosa regolare.

La mia ragazza ha fatto la doccia e non ha trovato il phon in stanza, sono andato in reception a chiederlo e la ragazza in reception mi ha detto che non avevano un phon in tutta la struttura nonostante fosse indicata la presenza nelle camere, ho dovuto contattare Expedia che ha contattato l’hotel e dopo 10 minuti tornato in reception avevano magicamente trovato un phon, ridicola esperienza, fantastico il servizio clienti Expedia L’hotel vecchio e claustrofobico per certi aspetti ma si adatta agli standard della fascia di prezzo e della città che purtroppo sono bassi in questo caso. La struttura non si può cambiare e chi viaggia magari si adegua ma la gentilezza e il sapersi mettere a disposizione si può sempre migliorare. In questo caso dovrebbero iniziare a farlo

Posizione centrale ottima con bus e metro a pochi passi... hotel perfetto per brevi soggiorni. Personale gentile e disponibile. Hotel silenzioso e letti comodi. Colazione discreta... Semplice e all'inglese. Nessuna sorpresa! Pulizia sufficiente ma rientrava nelle nostre aspettative... Promosso!

Vicino al centro a 5 minuti dalla metro di russel square, per un prezzo giusto con il bagno in camera. ottima la connessione wi-fi molto utile .

Consigliato per soggiorno visita città
Si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi da dalla stazione di King Cross di Londra in strada non molto trafficata quindi tranquilla. circa 5 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere le stazioni metropolitane Googde e Euston. Ci siamo trovati bene. Stanza con 3 letti comoda. Bagno molto piccolo ma pulito e ristrutturato. Colazione esclusivamente inglese, non hanno biscotti o qualcosa di dolce.

I stayed this accommodation from last Monday to Wednesday for 2 nights. I found a bug that I have never seen before. I just killed it. A week later, I got a lots of skin rashes (literally so many rashes) on my limbs. It was bed bugs. I wouldn’t say the accommodation is dirty as the staff changes the bedding and towel everyday. However whole bed frames in this accommodation should be replaced as new one! I guess all the rooms have the bed bugs. It’s not worth it to stay here. Price isn’t matter for this issue.

Frankly speaking, the most attractive point for this hotel is the location. It is very convenient to me to go everywhere in London as it is located in the heart of the city. As the room fee is very competitive comparing with the near hotel, I have no compaint to the overall service. However, I hope the hotel could provide the hair-dryer to the customer in nearly future as it is very basic item for the hotel room. It is very uncomfortable to me without the hair-dryer, it means I could not clean my hair after the long day.

Listen, if you’re not going to live in your hotel room during your visit this is the place for you. We came here to sleep, shower and change and spent most of our days exploring. We had a 3 night stay and only on one of the days did we not have hot water. Slight issue but manageable. You’re within walking distance of transport that gets you to all the tourist areas. You’ve got plenty of shopping options. Location wise it was perfect and was a budget friendly option in comparison to other properties in the area. Would recommend if you’re not going to pick at everything your room is not. look at it as the bare necessities when traveling and it’s perfect.

Could do better.
On arrival, I was sent into the basement to find my room, but it wasn't there. On going into the room, it was a bit cold. There was no hot water until the evening. I had to transfer water from the bathroom tap into the kettle with a glass. The light switch was not near the bed. There was quite a bit of noise from the road and also I got woken several times through the night by the noise of next-door room. I found that there was poor TV reception on some stations (such as BBC1) and the remote control would not switch the TV off and volume buttons and some other buttons did not respond. The keys provided would not open the main front door and room key (No.18) was not easy to operate. Otherwise, my morning shower was good with soap and gel provided,.and the three staff I met were very nice.

Good location. Clean and tidy however noticeably dated. Shower was low pressure and window was damaged with wooden panel over broken pane. Overall happy for the money and location.

It’s an ok place
If you’re looking for somewhere to stay it’s good. It’s very simple, old, needs updating but functionable to save money. It’s walking distance to many places. Staff is very helpful & courteous.

Staff were excellent. Great area. Rooms were awful. Only one key for multiple people. Black mold in the shower. Terrible beds. No ability to control room temperature. Bathroom so small you had to open the door to restroom to get out of the shower. Lovely old home, ruined with how they created crappy little rooms.

Selve service var ganske fin men værelset var ulækkert og beskidt. Støv i alle kroge, indtørret væske på sengen, løse stikkontakter, ingen bøjler til at hænge tøj, ingen minibar (selvom det stod beskrevet på Hotels) m.m.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at… no water pressure, no hot water at all one day. Smell of sewerage wafted up through toilet, wifi virtually non existent. Uneven floor, tiny double bed. Management didn’t bother to return emails. Was offered a bucket of hot water when the shower failed. One redeeming feature was location.

The location is near to train station and amenities. The staff are friendly and Sqar the new management was very nice and accommodating. The room are small and old but the price is very affordable, considering its in the city of London. The only thing is the washroom its too small, you cant dress up inside the washroom and For peole that is plus-sizes the bathroom are too small.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in
I have stayed in literally thousands of hotels whilst on business and I can say hands down this is the worst. It's like a youth hostel. 1. Bed super uncomfortable and questionable 2. TV had one channel, no remote control and the arial didn't work properly so the picture kept cutting out. 3. Shower luke warm and no more than a trickle at best When you walk into a room, if the picture below is what you want to be welcomed with then go for it, I suspect many people wouldn't, and to then be charged £145 just added insult to injury. Book at your peril - hopefully it will be condemned soon.
Don't do it!
