The hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely go again.

Nice hotel

Nice and simple hotel! Easy location and great for one night. Just one issue which wasn't the hotels fault, one guest was loudly on the phone in the corridor in the middle of the night and definitely drunk - didn't feel that safe!

Very convenient location and room was clean. Only booked this place because there was nothing else available last minute and it was basically as expected - low quality accommodation and facilities (lift out of order, no fridge or lamps in room, mattress cheap and too soft, etc) - but perfectly fine for an emergency stopover.

Really comfortable

Really easy to find, accessible from the tube with 5/10 mixture walk. Comfortable beds and welcoming at reception. Quiet/calm environment. Reasonable price compared to others I looked at.

Lovely comfortable room in Golders Green

Reception helpful, snacks. Room single big enough, shower v good, shower gel provided, coffee tea provided, maybe a better coffee would be good. Bed comfortable, quiet, near tube. Good.

The location is good as the Finsbury Park underground station is nearby. There are also lots of restaurants and supermarkets near too which we found highly convenient. However, the room itself was very hot in the night especially and the bathroom was very very small. Overall decent.

Not bad

Not fancy. Awkward corridors to pass until you reach your room. The room was pretty small but clean and had an electric kettle and plenty of coffee and tea provided. Not too noisy despite being right by a street with heavy traffic. Ok to crash at for a night.

Good stay good sleep

Manager resolved issues. Only notified cafe for breakfast closed after booking completed. Parking £15 but would have been free if booked in advance which was not booking page. The manager kindly wavied the charge. Breakfast brought to bedroom but difficult to eat sitting on the bed. Comfy bed. Would stay again.

Be aware

I guess it could be argued that you get what you pay for but be very clear that this is an extremely basic hotel/hostel really. The "bathroom" was so small an normal sized human could only use it with the the door open and your feet stuck out. Breakfast was a self service food bank. Sorry, it is below an acceptable standard.

Hotel was as expected for the price. Lift broken, which staff weren’t aware of. Had to produce ID to check in, despite having prepaid, which should be made clear at booking and is intrusive. Fed up with organisations who need copies of id for spurious reasons.

The reception needs a tidy up, rhe whole hotel needs desperate TLC - the bathroom needed a dam good clean - i have taken photo evidenve. I dont expect to find deep in an email that breakfast is know in a bag whem clearly the restaurant has been closed for at least months !!! The noise inside the hotel continued all night from.banging doors and those creaking from a aimple lack of oil !!!

I am so sorry firstly for the staff who were lovely unfortunately they are the face who reflects upfront whereas the building has so many flaws like tiny tiny bathroom space,no ventilation nor aircon no fans a window but unsafe as it opened towards restaurant side and people kept walking by also no privacy if left windows open for ventialtion. Then comes the cockroach part where u can find all cockroaches with their families laying eggs on beds and furniture and small baby cockroaches running around.Stained sheets and what not. Price paid was 179£ for a room for 2nights and facilities to money paid ratio satisfaction-None. Even no hangers for wardrobe space no luggage space.One tiny small garbage bin that too in bathroom. Hope someone will find it useful and think twice before booking.

unfotunrtly our stay at this "hostel" waas like no other place we have stayed before. i would not call this place a hotel. The bed was like a camp bed springs digging into your. the flooring was cracked chipped and raising. you couldnt swing a cat in the room. The bathroom along with the hallways smelt of drains! considering your bed was so close to the toilet with the room being so small it was not a pleasant place to be. The water for the shower was running cold even though we had turned it to the hot side. once the hotel staff came up to have a look they then told us its all backwards and you use the cold for the hot and the hot for the cold!? in all honesty my list could go on but i would much rather forget about the un nervy stay we had at this place and i would not recommend anyone to stay here.
