Hotel ben collegato con 2 linee della metro che ti portano vicino ai punti di attrazione più importanti di Londra. Buona la colazione, personale parlante solo lingua inglese, pulizia delle stanze da migliorare per essere un 4 stelle. In ultimo l'hotel è ubicato sopra un distributore di benzina, peccato però che nelle foto rappresentative non si vede e se ti capita come a noi di avere una stanza al secondo piano non è proprio il massimo.

Hotel consigliatissimo
Hotel in zona ultra strategica sia per raggiungere i mezzi pubblici, sia per ristoranti e supermerati nelle vicinanze. Personale davvero disponibile, ultra paziente e gentile. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e se torniamo a Londra, sicuramente cercheremo di prenotare ancora qui, magari una camera vista parco questa volta.

Piccolina ma comoda per spostamenti in tube.
La camera un pò piccolina ma gradevole. Mancava di supporto per valigia. Bagno con vasca/doccia: supponiamo diffcile utilizzo per persone anziane x bordo vasca alto. Poca luce per radersi. Telecomando televisione non trovato.

Posizionata a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro con un minimarket/benzinaio sotto la struttura, si trova in una zona tranquilla e permette di raggiungere a piedi le zone più turistiche della città passando per lo splendido parco. Camere pulite, letti comodi, ascensori lenti e snervanti.

Once we arrived we were told they didn't have any rooms available. We then had to take a 45 minute taxi ride to their other hotel and stay in a part of the city we were trying to avoid. Staff was rude.

Was given a handicapped room although we didn’t need or ask for one. There was a recurring problem with flushing the toilet. The person who came to fix it said ,”This is a smaller toilet. That’s the problem “. The mattress was incredibly soft.

I reserved a deluxe room paying extra and was given a smaller standard room. I complained to the staff but they insisted that it was a deluxe. I rented a second deluxe room and it was bigger. Never again in this hotel.

Hotel was fine. The room didn’t have many amenities for example: hand soap in the bathroom, cups, kettle. I booked for two people and was only given one bottle of complimentary water which is not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. I did find that it was quite noisy from other guests coming in and out the corridor. Staff were lovely and the room was clean

La mejor vista de Kensington Park y Hyde Park, cruzando la calle puedes ir a caminar, correr o simplemente pasear y relajarte. Con dos estaciones de metro a 200mts y paradas de autobuses justo enfrente me parece excelente la ubicación del hotel

size of the room was less than expected for the price . heater was not working and hotel has to provide a portable heater.

Great hotel, right opposite Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. Two tube stations within 10 min walk - Queensway & Bayswater. Safe place to walk around, with plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Everything you need in the hotel and friendly staff.

Decent location but dirty carpet
Good place for short visits. Decent location near bayswater and queensway station. Only negative thing is that they have carpets and it was very dirty plus the ventilation system made me sneeze constantly because of dust in the air. Seems they need to do a proper cleaning in ventilation system and on the carpet. Other than that it was good.

Thank goodness the food was good
We were so excited about this trip and wanted a Hotel that would give us the best experience possible. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Firstly we tried phoning to confirm car parking but no answer once the automated system had gone through the rigmarole of its basics. 6 times I tried to ring to book dinner on the Saturday night, which was very frustrating, and I couldn’t get through. Even more frustrating was when we arrived and mentioned it I was told, “You don’t need to book, you can just walk in!” The room itself was small but clean. Not luxurious but hey ho. The biggest upset came with the cleanliness of the restaurant seating area. Chairs had food bits and sticky patches as if they hadn’t been cleaned for months. The glass displays were thick with dust and also had sticky black bits stuck to the edges. The dirty glass that was supposed to create the illusion of space, actually made us walk up to it to check it wasn’t the style of the decor, we did manage to write please clean me on one of the panels. Asking for a toilet key from reception was like being back at school! The heating was set to 26 degrees….. far too hot and no information on how to turn it down. Coffee and tea facilities were hidden inside one of the cabinets and we had to search for it. The seal from the bathroom to the room doors seal was missing/worn/decayed. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, front of house at breakfast was a very welcoming man with a warm smile (the only one)
