Wifi was down a lot, not great when you’re on a business trip. When I got my room at check-in, I couldn’t get into the room, and finally someone opened the door -apparently someone were already in my room, so I had to drag my luggage all the way down to the reception and get a new room. Receptionist seemed stressed out.
One of them distinctly made a statement that I wouldn’t get charged for the first night but when checking my bill, I see that they charged me the full fee anyway.
Also, the soap dispensers in the batbroom were out of soap, the sink clogged and there was mold at the bottom of shower.
The windows faces a train track and it gets loud when the trains pass so you really can’t sleep with the window open.
Will never stay at a Travelodge again.
