“I liked that it was 5 minutes walking from the underground. I also liked the kindness of the people working at the hotel. But I had to ask to clean the room twice, it was full of dust everywhere, and in the bathtub there was some hair. Two days before our departure the fire alarm went on at six o clock in the morning and we all got very scared. They said it was a false alarm.”

“Fantastico hotel per soggiornare con la famiglia! Personale super cortese e disponibile, i ragazzi della reception sono meravigliosi pronti ad aiutarvi in ogni modo! La stazione metro Hammersmith è a 3 minuti a piedi e se atterrate ad Heathrow potete prenderla per arrivare direttamente in hotel!
Le stanze sono piccole ma comode e complete, pulizia buona. ”
