Il riscaldamento era spento all'arrivo e non essendo stati in grado di farlo funzionare abbiamo contattato il personale che ha subito inviato i tecnici che hanno sistemato. “Cucina abbastanza attrezzata manca lo scolapasta e magari uno straccio per pulire il fornello, ma molto comodo soprattutto per la zona ben collegata. Lo consiglio veramente tanto, è stato un soggiorno splendido! Zona molto sicura e piena di negozi , dietro casa c’è il centro commerciale più grande d’europa.”

“Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. “It is a great location close to a walk along the Thames and close to the train station, shops and wonderful pubs. The host was excellent, he was responsive and helped us out when asked.”
