“Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay.”

“Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... ”

Dopo il problema iniziale piccola incomprensione di assegnamento camere, Reuven è stato velicissimo a risolvere il problema e ci ha assegnato una casetta nel giardino, che fa parte della casa... che si trova in una zona residenziale tipica londinese...con i martoni rossi L'apoartamento era molto carino, pulito e arredato con gusto. Cucina fornita del necessario, anche bagno spazioso e nuovo, a noi non mancava nulla.. forse la macchinetta da caffe... ma...

“La struttura ha una discreta posizione per 4 persone va benissimo …ma non oltre ..le stanze erano abbastanza pulite per in un’ora c’è odore di “muffa”.. Host gentile e preciso”

It was an 18 pound cab ride from the underground station. The Wembley flat/house we let was double booked, and we were given this property without the opportunity to cancel the booking and receive a full refund.”
