“The property is a few blocks from Paddington Station, which is a central location for the Underground and busses. There were 8 of us in our group and we all had enough space and didn’t feel like we were crowded. There is no air conditioning (which is pretty typical and it was really hot the days we were there), but fans are provided in each bedroom and they kept the rooms cooler while we were sleeping and in the house during the day which was really appreciated and helpful. “At the beggining the host was very nice and allowed us to have an earlier check in to leave our bags there, noting that the cleaness of the apartment would be done while we were there (or our bags were there). We get out to had lunch and came back around 4 and they hadn't cleaned the apartment yet (it is supose to be ready at 3pm, that was our orginal check in) ”

“I rented this property for a five-night stay with my family over Easter weekend. First off, it is in a great neighborhood, away from noise and tourists. If you really want to feel that you are a resident of the city, it is a good spot. Located on a quiet street, you cannot hear any city noise. “Good property with a 5-10 minute walk to the King's Cross train/underground. Also, plenty of bar and restaurant options including one right out the door to the right. The beds were good. A good place for my son and I.”

“Very satisfied with the service”

“DO NOT BOOK! We arrived and the property was in bad condition. 2 bathrooms were not in working order with one of the shower headema busted off and laying on the bottom of the bathtub. The lower level bedroom’s bathroom door handle was busted and dangling. There was water all over the bathroom floor leaking from one of the toilets. There was no TP, soap or towels. There was an alarm going off in one of the bedrooms. We couldn’t get in touch with the owner in a timely manner to check in or remedy...

“This is a very nice condo; the pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the host super-responsive to any questions. Note that it is two-stories--with both bedrooms and the main bath upstairs. In addition to being between two Tube stops, the road with the Camden Road station also has many buses running along it which are convenient and let you sightsee while riding.”

“This was a very sweet little cottage in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay after busy days of traveling around. The host was great and communicated often to check in and make sure we had what we needed.Definitely be sure to travel north to Hampstead while you're there. It's very close and was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Enjoy!”

“Pros: Location - Marlyebone is a quiet neighborhood near good food and public transportationClean - the property is older but clean. The hall bathroom could use some work bc water damage is evident from a poorly designed bath/shower combo. Cons: Misleading info in the listing (see screen shots).
