“At the beggining the host was very nice and allowed us to have an earlier check in to leave our bags there, noting that the cleaness of the apartment would be done while we were there (or our bags were there). We get out to had lunch and came back around 4 and they hadn't cleaned the apartment yet (it is supose to be ready at 3pm, that was our orginal check in) ”

“The VRBO was as advertised. Great, quiet location, but close to lots of food, sights and transit options. Luke was quick to respond to any and all questions and was very accommodating to extra requests. We had a lovely stay.”

“DO NOT BOOK! We arrived and the property was in bad condition. 2 bathrooms were not in working order with one of the shower headema busted off and laying on the bottom of the bathtub. The lower level bedroom’s bathroom door handle was busted and dangling. There was water all over the bathroom floor leaking from one of the toilets. There was no TP, soap or towels. There was an alarm going off in one of the bedrooms. We couldn’t get in touch with the owner in a timely manner to check in or remedy...

“Super location near Belsize and Hampstead. In a quiet mews, it was just a quick walk to everything, including tube stations, shops, the Heath. A wonderful home with a brilliant layout, well-maintained, and with everything we needed. Two full bathrooms for five people, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fans, as well as a hair dryer and iron...and even thoughtful treats like chocolate and fruit!”

“The location of this flat is fantastic!!PROS:- It is a 10 minute walk to the Paddington Station & a 5 minute walk to the 2 Edgware Stations. We could get to most places in London with just 1 tube ride. - There is a Tesco Express & a Super Drug 1 block away to pick up things as well as many restaurants in the area. Both a Greggs and a Pret a Manger also a block away for morning coffee & sausage roll on the way to the tube.- The communication with the management company was great. Someone...
