“I booked this for my 40th birthday and Post-wedding celebration, and the entire experience was a fairytale. The views of the Jurassic coast that the castle sits upon are breathtaking. The castle itself is a perfect size, just enough to get a little lost in. The management team (Tessa and Hannah) are great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

"Un disastro totale. Statene alla larga! Esperienza pessima e gestione imbarazzante. Arriviamo per il check-in e la ragazza alla reception (palesemente alle prime armi e lasciata sola a gestire il caos) ci molla una bomba: problemi all'impianto elettrico la notte prima, quindi niente camera. La cosa assurda? Non parlavamo di saltare una notte, ma ci hanno letteralmente cancellato l'intero soggiorno di 4 notti su due piedi! Piove sul bagnato quando provano a "rimediare": Ci trovano un hotel lì vicino assicurandoci, dopo nostre ripetute domande, che fosse della stessa categoria del Central Park. Falso. Arriviamo là e la struttura era un ripiego di livello decisamente inferiore, una mezza topaia al confronto. Quando siamo tornati a farlo presente, la fiera dell'indifferenza: lo staff non solo se ne è lavato le mani, ma si è dimostrato pure scorbutico, arrogante e maleducato. Il mio consiglio? Evitatelo come la peste. Soprattutto se prenotate da Booking o simili: se sorge un problema vi scaricano in un secondo senza il minimo rispetto per le vostre vacanze. Zero professionalità."
