“Nel complesso, la struttura bella grande con sala biliardo ristorante eccetera, eccetera camere molto silenziose siamo vicini all’aeroporto di Londra, Heathrow abbiamo avuto direttamente la fermata dell’autobus vicina, quartiere poco sicuro e negli ultimi due giorni il servizio Housekeeping è venuto a bussare alla porta pensando che non c’eravamo avevo messo un cartello per dire di non bussare, ma hanno aperto lo stesso, però si sono scusati prezzi un po’ alti”

“It's years that I stay in this hotel 2/3 times a year for several nights, and recently it is no longer worthy. The last time, we were given the smallest room, with a queen bed (despite the fact that we paid and requested twin beds). Plus, the room temperature when we checked in at night was 15°. At breakfast, every morning I asked for soy milk and they simpy replied that it was finished. Not what you expect, and I will look for an alternative.”

“La struttura si trova in una zona molto ben connessa, a pochi minuti a piedi da due stazioni metro che servono le linee principali. La camera è spaziosa e ben tenuta, la pulizia eccellente soprattutto se si considerano gli standard inglesi. Al 100% rispecchia un 3 stelle, azzarderei anche un 4 stelle rispetto alle altre strutture londinesi in zone così centrali. Merito assoluto va allo staff, sempre gentili e cordiali, hanno reso questa esperienza davvero perfetta. Unica nota: la pulizia...

“We had a wonderful stay in the penthouse — it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully laid out, with a fantastic private terrace that wraps all the way around. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and induction hob. Whether preparing a full meal, a quick snack, or simply heating something up, it made everything easy and convenient. The location couldn’t be better....

“We used to live in area! So location was perfect/ it’s close to all transport options. Great cafes and pubs and park for families. Apartment was great- clean and tidy. Small things like lack of draws/ storage for longer stays, a Place for bathrooms essentials and enough pods for washing clothes/dishes was inconvenient and had it been catered for would make the accommodation faultless. … ”

"La stanza era pronta per 3 ma alla sera rientrati dal giro per Londra e stanchi abbiamo scoperto che il divano letto non era preparato, arrivato il personale si è scoperto che il divano letto era rotto; quindi ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera e attendere che ci facessero il terzo letto. La sera successiva abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata rifatta…la colazione è ottima, le camere e l’ambiente buono ma il servizio da rivedere totalmente nonostante la gentilezza del personale."
