“It's years that I stay in this hotel 2/3 times a year for several nights, and recently it is no longer worthy. The last time, we were given the smallest room, with a queen bed (despite the fact that we paid and requested twin beds). Plus, the room temperature when we checked in at night was 15°. At breakfast, every morning I asked for soy milk and they simpy replied that it was finished. Not what you expect, and I will look for an alternative.”

“Giving an opinion on a hotel in London is always difficult, considering the average prices of hotels, especially those in central areas. The structure in question is a fairly old building, completely renovated internally, apart from the slightly vintage wooden stairs which evidently date back to the original structure. The rooms are modern, on average small, but not uncomfortable, with complete services and absolute cleanliness, even if the services available are very minimalist (no breakfast,...
