“The lower ground, no window bedrooms are no bigger than cabin rooms. The beds are blocked in, so if you are tall you will struggle to sleep in the beds. No shelves or side tables because there is no room for them. The aircon kept making loud noises. The walls of the room were very dirty. The bathroom is a toilet and shower combined. The water gets everywhere. I paid £325 for a basement room with no window, in an extremely small room. It was not with the money at all. We wouldn’t stay there...
