Also asked for more towels and would not give us any until we brought down our used ones!! Very poor service will NOT be staying at any Comfort Inns ever again! Telling w ergo e we know about it too!! Worst customer service ever!!!!”

“I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.”

“The front desk person was asleep on a couch near the front desk. I had to wake them up to check me in. Then I got back one day and someone had pooped in our toilet and left it there while we were gone! ”

“Mi sono fermato solo per una notte. Motel gradevole, adiacente alla freeway sito all'inizio della cittadina di Jackson. Generalmente Motel come questi non hanno un ottima pulizia, invece la camera era pulita e la biancheria fresca e perfetta. Ottimo prezzo e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.”

“Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.”

“The staff is more than helpful. I forgot to include that I needed a room on the first floor due to a handicap and the staff was more than willing to accommodate our family. I also forgot my key inside the room and they were so helpful to get me back in. All the breakfast that was served was hot and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Staff was friendly, they didnt have the double rooms I reserved, only one queen bed rooms. There were stains in the carpet and in the fabric chair in room. Also debris on the floor,, like not vacuumed. Bed seemed clean, but would not stay here again with other options available in area. Breakfast was minimal muffins, bagels, juice. Air conditioning in room was good: hallways, lobby, and breakfast area was not working.”
