“Staff was nice, but the whole hotel needs major updating and renovations. There is no gym and it hasn’t been available for a long time so that should be removed from website. Breakfast was the same thing every day with no fruit, protein or yogurt. In terms of the room, bed/bedding was clean but the room itself was questionable as everything is old, run down making it look unclean and gross: carpet, bathtub, tiles, flooring, walls, doors.”

“The pool was very nice and during the afternoon, we had it all to ourselves. Hot breakfast was provided. We stayed in an Accessible room, and it was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We stayed 3 nights. Some days we had housekeeping service; others we did not. That may have been due to our own schedule of coming and going. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.”

“The room was great…except that I got charged twice for it. I asked at the front desk, showed my bank account with two of the exact same charges, and she assured me that I was only charged once. Five minutes later they called my room to say that there was a “glitch in the system” and I was charged twice and they processed a refund.
