Hotel a Grass Lake

“I had took from this hotel for 3 days while I was visiting this area. The Internet was extremely poor as it kept disconnecting. The front desk tried their best to accommodate me; however, it was embarrassing when I was on customer conference calls. Other than that, it was okay.”

“Stayed 2 nights here. Likes: friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was decent, snack bar was good. Dislikes: room wasn’t cleaned after 1st night, had to ask for clean towels, had to ask for linens for pull out bed, suite was small, hand soap (pump) was mounted too tall for our daughter and requested bar soap. Our stay was just “meh” and likely would not stay here again.”

“This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. I think the upkeep was the biggest problem making it look less clean. “Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.”
