“I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the room was never cleaned, when I asked the front desk for explanations they told me that it is a company policy????? this is incredible, I feel cheated. I hope someone solves it the problem.”

“One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time... The guy at the front desk was rude and the rooms reeked a foul odor. When I was given another room, it smelled worst than the first one. It was an extend-a-stay for the wrong crowd which I wouldn't advise anyone with taste to book there..”

“The rooms was clean and the property was as well. The room service only come when you first get there unless you catch them cleaning another room.”

“There were gobs of foot long black hair in oir shower. We are both short haired grey headed. It was an awakening that the shower and tub were not cleaned. Toilet took several times to flush. The lights didn’t want to shut off. The window blind opened only about 12 inches. It was not worth the $140+ we paid for the room. Compensation would be nice.”
