“First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot.
