“Struttura che non rappresenta assolutamente il nome della catena Best Western che dovrebbe rappresentare. Non ha nulla a che vedere. Noi quando viaggiamo scegliamo praticamente sempre i Best western ( solo in questo viaggio nella prima settimana siamo già a 4 e tutti fortunatamente ottimi) perché sono sinonimo di eccellenza. Questo invece era vecchio come struttura, totalmente insonorizzato, scadente come camere. Bagno e lavandino minuscoli. Prodotti per il bagno non adeguati per due persone...

“Alex at the front desk was very kind when I checked in. My room was upgraded to a suite, much to my surprise. Nice room, clean with a very comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast on the morning as well. I'll be staying here again.”

“Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the pool, clean and warm to swim in. Every evening had a beer at the Cosmic Tap. Mall and restaurants close. Stayed for World Cup. Breakfast had a good variety to eat. Would stay again.”

“Hotel was infested with gnats mice trap and as told is was due to a roach infestation move room and gnats was told I had to pat 100.00 deposit and it was just a hold it’s almost a week still waiting was told this was not a purchase but the money was taken from my account seems like it’s a old hotel pool water was filthy just don’t understand why management will hold your money when the hotel is not maintained properly you take money off people card just in case of incidentals but you can pay for...

“Everyone was very nice and the price was great. Zero complaints.”

“Personally I thought it was REAL nice of the staff on Saturday to have breakfast END at 9:30 BUT the staff was still bringing out fresh food at 9:20!!! The ladies in the kitchen work extremely hard and were always available for whatever we asked for!!! The pool is open late so that was nice to stay in until 11:00pm… I didn’t like that I had to request towels every night but that may be the norm. Overall excellent stay for family vacation”
