“Hotel moderno ed essenziale. Pulito. Colazione non all’ altezza ”

“Only complaint I have is the water pressure in shower was poor and the water not hot enough…and I don’t care for the barn door for the bathroom”

“Struttura che non rappresenta assolutamente il nome della catena Best Western che dovrebbe rappresentare. Non ha nulla a che vedere. Noi quando viaggiamo scegliamo praticamente sempre i Best western ( solo in questo viaggio nella prima settimana siamo già a 4 e tutti fortunatamente ottimi) perché sono sinonimo di eccellenza. Questo invece era vecchio come struttura, totalmente insonorizzato, scadente come camere. Bagno e lavandino minuscoli. Prodotti per il bagno non adeguati per due persone...

“The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking.”

“It was a special day for me and my date (a surprise for her) for my 51st birthday, and although we arrived roughly 15 minutes before checkin...our room was not close to being ready. We had to wait for a call to let us know when we could go to our room. Although the staff were amazingly nice...they offered an immediate checkin to a room that had lesser amenities and not as nice...without a discount. Again, they ladies were top notch, but I presumed maybe a complementary drink at the bar while...

“Rooms very clean, breakfast was very good, Waffles, cereal, danishes, microwaveable cheese omelets, pancake dogs on a stick, breakfast sandwich along with coffee juices and yogurt. Grandkids loved the breakfast and swimming in the pool, I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.”
