“Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. Loved the corner pizzaria and the Amish market between 2nd and 3rd. Also highly recommend the parking garage - 310 E 46th - highly efficient and got our car ready at 6am when we had to leave earlier than initially...

We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. “Jeyhun’s place was exactly as pictured, in a very safe area, and super close to lots of cute shops and great restaurants. We loved the decor and the beds were extremely comfortable. Host was very communicative and helpful - he provided quick assistance and clear check-in instructions with pictures. Would definitely recommend!”

“The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back.”
