“A 4 star hotel with a 5 start staff. The staff is really kind and will try to help you in every possible way. Dat spent nearly 2 hours to find me a Ha Long cruise, and only at the end I found out that he did that on his day off. Also the massages and food are really good. My only recommendation is for more staff to improve their English, other than that, 0 complaints. I'll be back for sure.”

“Der Empfang war persönlich und angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir haben so einige Informationen vorab erhalten. Das Zimmer war okay aber etwas klein. Das Fenster war ganz zu öffnen aber klein. Bett war sehr bequem. Bad hat super funktioniert. Frühstück war eine super Auswahl und Gym sowie Spa waren ebenfalls angenehm. Gerne wieder”
