Cottage a Long Island

“This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed.”

“The cabin was impeccably clean, well appointed with cutlery, pans and utensils. The information book had clear directions to get to both of the association beaches. The host even had welcome snacks out which my kids greatly appreciated! The "shed of fun" was a huge hit with my pre-teens with basketball, foosball, ping pong and darts all available for them to play with. We had a great stay and would certainly re-book!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best features was the quiet location, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The peaceful surroundings provided a welcome escape while still being conveniently located near everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, and the entire experience was seamless. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway!”

“If you don’t mind answer all over your counter, illegal propane tank outside for your gas stove, smelling like propane and treacherous stairs going up to the cottage then I guess it might be a place for you. It definitely wasn’t for me. Yours will not be returning.”

“Nice clean place and a very responsive host, the two major things you’d want from any rental.”

“The place was peaceful and calm. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall the place was clean, but the light above the shower had vents that are dirty. We also weren’t aware there were bunk beds. Regardless, it all worked out and we had a lovely stay. The area is gorgeous and there’s a walking path to a beach front area along the river. The instructions for that finding that could have been clearer. We heard from a neighbor across the way. Lastly, there was a...

“My bed was broken to the point where I was sleeping at an angle & The couch bed was nasty it had stains and dirt all over it , The bunk beds were like taking a trip to bar heaven it was truly a painful stay”
