“I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse! It was great. Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults.”

“Hotel easy to find but a convoluted exit arrangement due to one way road. However the place was very clean and tidy. Easy parking , friendly staff and very quiet even though it was on a main road. Will stay there again if in Ballarat. ”
