“I have stayed at many Estes Park properties over the years and this was one of the best. Close to downtown but private and secluded on the side of a mountain. Lots of wildlife seen from the deck. Beautifully redone bathrooms on the upper levels and a huge kitchen. This was a long weekend trip for college friends and it was perfect.”

“We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. “This was a lovely, fully equipped house in an amazing neighborhood in Boulder. Walkable to Pearl Street, Campus, and many hiking trails. We loved the front yard and backyard settings for a glass of wine. Living room, dining room and kitchen were a great open set up for our multi generational family gathering. Our host Jeff responded immediately. We will most certainly be back. ”

“Our stay was nothing short of MAGICAL!! The house, the amenities, the VIEWS! The location was perfect for our stay as it is about 35 minutes to everything we wanted to do…CU Boulder, Chautauqua Park, Arvada festival, Red Rocks (about 45 mins), downtown Golden. I was nervous about the winding mountain road to the house but it wasn’t bad at all and we got to see a lot of wildlife. We had a little nephew stay an afternoon with us and he had fun with the tinker toys, ping pong table, and swing set....

"Camera pulita e spaziosa. Personale gentile. La porta del bagno necessitava di manutenzione perché era molto rumorosa quando si chiudeva. Sarebbe gradito un comodino in ciascun lato del letto. Più attenzione alla pulizia dell’ asciugacapelli "

"Una delle peggiori esperienze fatte negli Stati Uniti. Rumoroso, con scarsa pulizia, datato, la ciliegina sulla torta è stato un grande quadro appeso sopra la testiera del letto, che durante la notte si è staccato dal muro ( perchè appeso male) che quasi mi feriva, oltre a farmi spaventare."
