✔ Security Deposit: A $750 refundable security hold is placed on your card before check-in — not charged, just hold on your card. Funds will be released automatically after checkout (funds release timeline depends on your bank).
✔ Prefer not to place a hold? Choose a small Damage Waiver instead to cover accidental damage.
✔ Pet Policy: There's a 30$ pet cleaning fee. Unaccounted pets will incur a $500.00 fine and immediate eviction.

✔ There is no fence from Patio to the lake at this time, so it is guest's responsibility to keep children, kids and themselves safe.
