“Booked a full week. Lots to recommend the hotel. But we were put by the laundry room with the attending sounds and vibrations throughout the day. And no view. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Solid breakfast. Nice bar.”

“It was a fairly new and beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the two free drink tickets. The bar was out of Rosé. The staff was very nice. Really good restaurants in the area. The bed was very comfortable. However we ran the a/c all night because it was fairly a warm building and the noise that the a/c made kept me from sleeping. It did shut off at 5:30 am and I finally fell asleep for a couple of hours. I know I could have turned it off but it was too warm. The hot tub was an asset but the knob to turn...

“Garage parking was not clear at all or marked that you could be going into a different hotel! Tough to maneuver into parking garage from check in and drop off area, especially with one other car in area! Room smelled like wet dog and had dust caked in so many places. Waters for purchase only at front desk were $7 each! Amusement park prices, which is just ridiculous. Got a credit for paid parking only for this horrific experience. NOT worth the money and will not be staying there again!”

“The room was quiet & clean. I appreciate the variety offered for the complementary breakfast. They even have gluten free English muffins upon request.”

“They gave me an accessible room. When requested the staff to change it because I have a back problem and cannot bend over, they refused to help.”

“Accommodations were not satisfactory. The room was too cramped for 3 people. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.”

Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”

“Gorgeous location. So calming and relaxing. There was a yoga class on their grassy area but we only watched. The outdoor patio party was hopping, but we enjoyed the calm of the clean and comfortable room. Located right alongside Boulder Creek, there were plenty of accessible trails which we did enjoy. Early morning coffee, available in the lobby, on the grassy overlook was a great place to start the day.”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”

“The breakfast was good each day. The checkin and checkout process was more time consuming than it needed to be. Warm cookies are always good. Everything worked in the room but the internet access was not the greatest.”
