Hotel a Loose Creek

“The rooms were not clean. There was trash on the floor and hair in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty. I waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before there was someone at the front desk. When informed of the wait, he merely said nothing and began to check me in. ”

“Very clean and attentive, friendly staff. A small complaint is they are somewhat stingy on shampoo. Suggest you bring your own.”

“We booked a King room but did not get that. Only Queens were available. My daughter's room was also supposed to be a King and she had 2 Fulls instead. Toilet was loose, drain on both the bathtub and sink didn't drain properly. Bathtub drain was broke off too. Remote for the tv was not the right one and didn't work. No mini fridge in any rooms. Pool was out of order for maintenance. The only chair in the room was a cheap office chair without arms. Breakfast was ok but I would never pay $15...

“A couple small issues... in 3 visits ive had over 18 months, never had hot tub working, this time pool was closed off. Wifi often didnt work for a hour or two some afternoons. Good breakfast and very clean rooms.”

“It was clean but we didn’t get much rest . It was very noisey all night. Sounded like parties in all directions. Very minimal amenities .”

“Elevators were broken forcing us to walk around the outside of the building to reach our rooms. Rooms were outdated, the television was in need of replacement. Overall the establishment was overpriced for what we received.”

“The motel was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We’ve stayed in this motel every time we visit our family and they live 20 minutes away. That’s how much we like staying here. ”
