“Nice place with everything needed for a getaway. Did not like the fact of the 10am check out. Way too early. Booked thinking this place had heated outdoor pools to only find out after that they are seasonal. My mistake and unfortunately booked it and couldn’t cancel. Went to plunge. Wasn’t the best but was somewhere for the girls to swim. ”

“Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. After sending a...

“Could not connect to wifi, the tv service kept searching for signal, and the check in staff I had was very dismissive. Did not welcome me, just said “next”. When I asked him about the property, he said everything is on the map. He was not pleasant and was probably the worst check in attendant I’ve ever had. ”

“Clean unit, great location- close to Blue Mountain Village (5 minute drive). Nice amenities with view of the hill, hosts were very communicative & available. We rented the pet friendly unit as I have a dog & there is a dog park also within a 5 minute drive / 15 minute walk. As a group of 6 we enjoyed the fact that there were two full washrooms / showers. There is also lots of parking onsite, including a covered garage which was nice in the snow :) Some of the units are on an upper level, so...

“The room was clean and had lots of amenities in the full kitchen in our suite. All the staff were awesome, so polite. The restaurant food was so delicious as well. We so enjoyed our stay.”

“It was very convenient however to truly make it enough space for 5 people the pull out couch needs a major up grade. The tub didn’t feel clean. ”

“The condo was clean, the staff were quick to respond when a message was sent, parking was good and it was in very close proximity to Boue Mountain Village. My only issue was that there was carpet as opposed to hardwood or LVP.. family has allergies. ”
