“The biggest issue was that our stay coincided with a large event that seemed to take over the entire hotel. The common areas were overcrowded, and there was very little supervision. The pool felt unsafe, with guests behaving recklessly, playing with heavy balls, and showing little respect for other guests. “Very quiet and calm place. Good for families. Great pool, heated. Nice big jacuzzi for the family. Arcade could use a little update. The beds definitely need updating. You could feel the coils in the sofa bed. And the bed in the room was pretty bumpy and pillows were pretty flat. Everything else was great. Very close to the village.”

“We have stayed in this condo complex many times before, but we must say how clean and comfortable our room was. Wr had all the necessities just like " Home away from Home".!! It was nice that the Owners reached out to me by text, to check to ensure our stay and check-out was perfect! We will definitely be booking these accommodations again.”

“Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem.”

The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in).
