"If you want to stay in a room with mold, smell, and dirt, along with the only amenities being two small bars of soap, and no cleaning service, then this hotel is for you. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in."

"The room was spacious way beyond the needs of two people. It was clean. Not even the toothbrush is provided in the room. Do not expect any service in the room. The staff it’s not very helpful. it is one restaurant on the property and that is awfully expensive.On top of that I am being charged $272.96 ..."

"Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed."
