“Address listing was incorrect ( it’s “road” not “drive”) so took an extra hour to find location because host wasn’t accessible except by message. Once we were able to reach him he was very curt and somewhat dismissive instead of helpful. Location was as shown on website but the interior had a lot of items that showed it was”lived in” ( long hairs in bathroom, groceries in kitchen storage, very old, used kitchen items- dishes, glassware). “Bed is firm and water pressure/temp excellent. Quiet, safe neighborhood that is close to some amazing restaurants. I used the courtyard every day for morning coffee or visits from kids/grandkids. We even did an art project which was a one of those special family memories you talk about for years. We would definitely stay again. ”

“We liked the look of the farmhouse, and saw it from a mile away on our drive in from Highway 1. Easy to find ! Easy to get in. The old house is very friendly. Enjoyed the "history" feel. Really liked walking around the yard, seeing all the great trees and bushes and flowers someone planted and took great care of. Didn't miss the TV either ! My daughter who was working in Big Sur loved staying upstairs, like her own little apartment. Very relaxing place to get away from things.”
