“The hotel room was very clean and spacious but it was clearly an older establishment. The breakfast was cheap tasting. The staff at Dynasty didn’t seem to care for their job. There was little to no acknowledgement of guest, and the night of the rehearsal dinner, a dynasty staff member came over to us and told us “not to get anything on the white tablecloth because he wasn’t going to switch it out.” The tablecloths weren’t ironed, the food service during the reception was too slow and the food...

“After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. ”

“Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed”

“Staff was rude. Office was disgusting! Parking was scary, over crowded with people playing loud music and letting their dogs poop in the grass next to the rooms. Room was disgusting!!! Dirty floor, dirty walls, AC was NASTY, towels had hair all over them and sheets were stained. It was an awful experience! Didn't look anything like the photos. There want any chairs in the room only the bed and half the lights didn't work. We got a King bed smoking and LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!!”

“I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The hallways, rooms, and overall condition of the property gave very little confidence in cleanliness or upkeep. “I had many bed bug bites”

“Sheets where definitely not washed still had smell. Lobby smells moldy.”

“Firstly, there was no sign for comfort inn and number provided in the email was from quality inn not for comfort inn. We got the number from another comfort inn hotel for the location where we go and nobody answered the phone. Room was ok… AC is not working properly. Staff was not able to answer anything”
