“Easy to find. It is off the main road and onto alley way. You can access short cuts from multiple side streets. Place is immaculate clean tidy has everything you need. Close to cafes, minimart some restaurants. Things to note….when you book you need to contact them. Don’t wait for instructions to be sent to you. Contact through whats app. Because there is a gate and to get in then there is a code and to enter your room is different code and to get out of the gate is another code. You get the...

“Good rooms in a convenient location. Many international food options nearby. It was nice having a fridge and washing machine in my room. WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal”

“The room is small and one of the staff members was extremely rude. Two 250 mL water bottles were provided for a day for 2 members. The breakfast options were also very limited. Would not recommend to foreigners, since the staff was especially rude to us. ”

“The staff was very friendly and responded immediately whenever you needed anything, and overall it was good. And everything from coffee shops to restaurants and spas was close to it.”

“This time no noise from the gym facility so everything was ok. I tried to shut off the air conditioning at night however the control panel qas unresponsive. I had to switch off the electrical power of the room that is not so good if you need light at night. Bed linen could be improved. Restaurant on the top floor has a very limited number of available dishes. However the price is ok”

“Quite new structure in West lake area with confortable and silent room. I stay in a deluxe apartment fully equipped with all comfort and high quality appliances. Aside for a little misunderstanding the hotel provide me a great service and I have to thanks all the staff for their kindness and professionality. Recommended ”
