“The staff was lazy and not accommodating when I asked for towels I was told no and when I called the front desk they told me to go get them from downstairs. When I showed up to the front desk they didn’t have the towels at hand I had to wait for her to walk to a back room. However the property was clean and tidy.”

“Pur avendo pagato in anticipo per 2 stanze e 6 persone, al nostro arrivo abbiamo preso atto che le stanze non c'erano: secondo la receptionist avremmo dovuto dormire in 4 in un letto! Abbiamo dovuto andare a cercare un altro Hotel alle 20!”

“This is a pretty basic hotel, but it's best place to stay in Jonesboro. It's on the main highway, and Jonesboro is not large. The breakfast is pretty basic, too. But I found yogurt, so I was ok. The hotel seems a bit understaffed because the clerk at the front desk always seemed to be doing something else when I entered the lobby.”

“The property staff were very helpful and outgoing. The property itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit the area”
