She greeted us warmly and even provided four bottles of cold water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Candy went above and beyond to support us and make sure our stay was comfortable. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Check in was very easy. The facility was clean and orderly but my air/heat did not work in my room. We opened the window for circulation and that helped. I wasn’t uncomfortable and I didn’t report it because I didn’t want to switch rooms in the middle of the night on New Year’s Eve.”
