“This was one of the most expensive hotels in the area, so I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow, and the valet parking service was even worse. After requesting my vehicle, I waited nearly 50 minutes under the hot summer sun. “The hotel was fairly nice, but bring your heavy winter coat because your room will be freezing cold when you get there! Your breakfast, while tasty will be stone cold by the time you get to your table. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the hallways, like the smell of sewer gas. I don't think this property deserves being rated in the 8.0 - 9.0 range. It really was in the 7.5 range. “Everything was great except they put me in a handicap room and the shower water ends up all on the floor of the bathroom. I couldn’t imagine a handicapped person cleaning up all of that water that I had to and I’m not handicapped.”
