“The first thing about this place it’s staff (general manager)are terrible except Hanna best person on the team they have Jon or John is a racist if you come in there and you look a mess, he will overcharge you on your deposit the pool will not be ready. It was supposed to be ready in two days. I booked for a week and it was still not ready. I’m still here after the week and the pool is still not ready. “So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was.”
