“The house was beautiful and George was a fantastic host. Lots of privacy with easy access to all the amenities. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard. Everything about the property was nicer than it needed to be, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the beds and plenty of extra linens. Can’t wait to stay here again!”

Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. “Property was very clean. Great location close to Captiva and Sanibel. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only complaints: 1. Beach Parking Pass is ONLY for use on the property’s beach access. I wish this was more clearly stated on the room literature as we found this out the hard way! $150 parking ticket! 2. The bed is awful. Not very comfortable at all. That’s about it. “The original place rented was not ready upon my arrival. The “upgraded unit”, That was given to me was terrible. The refrigerator, hot water, air conditioner, tv, did not work. I had to personally fix the kitchen table. The final straw was that the shower did not drain and the water in the tub from not draining, was disgusting and filthy. The host did replace the faulty appliances but it took around 3-4 days for some of the items to be repaired or replaced. I never did get hot water in the...
